A beautiful, almost pure Cabernet Sauvignon with 10% Malbec in the best Bianchi style. The grapes come from vines at Finca Asti in San Rafael, with a reduced yield of 7,000 kg/ha (2 vines per bottle). Deep dark red-violet color, vibrant and elegant. A characterful representative of a Cabernet Sauvignon from San Rafael with the typical slightly spicy scent of pepper, red pepper and dark fruits, the typical minerality of Finca Asti as well as elegantly integrated vanilla and chocolate notes from the wood aging. A wine with great structure and complexity that leaves nothing to be desired. Production quantity: 13,000 bottles.
