The flagship of the winery is a strictly limited bottling of a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. For this top blend only the very best barrels of a vintage are used, i.e. those who have a best ageing potential.

Each grape variety has its unique characteristics: the Malbec provides for the intense violet colour, aromas of red fruits and soft tannins whereas the Cabernet Sauvignon is responsible for the structure, complexity and aromas of cassis and eucalyptus. The Shiraz completes the picture with its typical spicy aromas. The YBS convinces with its great volume and length on the palate as well as a very harmonious balance between fruit and wood.
