A beautiful, high-quality Malbec from Bianchi, which perhaps owes its incredible elegance to the 4% Cabernet content and has always been made exclusively from vines from Finca Asti, the historic vineyard of Bodega Bianchi at 750m above sea level. Traditional irrigation by flooding the soil, which has little organic matter, ensures perfect ripening conditions for the vines. With a yield of just 1kg per plant - i.e. two plants per bottle - the result is a powerful Malbec with great typicality that shows what Bodega Bianchi can really do.
