A classic late harvest in the best Sauternes style, which can only be produced in Argentina in the years in which Botrytis Cinerea occurs and lays on the grapes, which are then harvested at the end of May. Fermentation in French oak barrels stop briefly when the winter cold sets in and resume at the beginning of spring, so that the wine remains in the barrels for a total of about 12 months. Blend of 95% Semillón and 5% Sauvignon Blanc. Golden color. Intense aromas of honey, lemon peel, hay and candied fruits. Ideal with foie gras, blue cheese and classic desserts.
