This almost varietal Syrah was blended with 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep purple red colour. Spicy aromas mixed with fresh mince and raspberry. Robust structure and very good volume on the palate. Great complexity, velvety-like with long finish. A classical Syrah that impress with its freshness and clarity and not with power and marmalade as we know it from other wine regions.
