A very unique sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes – a classical Blanc de Noir (Extra Brut). The sight shows a astonishing Pink color and very fine and persistent bubbles. To the nose, elegant fruits and complex yeasts aromas are featured. The mouthfeel is fruity, fresh, of good body and with a long aftertaste. Production: 8.200 bottles.
